Field Merchandiser

Reporting to the Retail Supervisor and Chief Marketing Officer, the Field Merchandiser plays a key role in ensuring strong in-store presentation, product visibility, and smooth retail operations across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain attractive visual merchandising displays across retail outlets.

• Ensure promotional materials, planograms, pricing tags, and displays are set up accurately and on time.

• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, product pricing accuracy, and coordinate returns or ad-hoc deliveries when required.

• Build and maintain good working relationships with store personnel and identify opportunities for better product placement, promotions, and visibility.

• Monitor and provide feedback on sales trends, competitor activities, product performance, and store operational issues.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are maintained.

• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, retail events, and product launches when needed.

• Assist with other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and travel between retail outlets.

• Retail, merchandising, FMCG, or supermarket experience will be an added advantage.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle physical setup work when required.

• Comfortable working during weekends or peak retail periods when necessary.
