Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Founding Sales Lead who’s hungry to close corporate deals, build playbooks, and shape the revenue engine of a fast-growing SaaS business. This is an individual contributor role with potential to evolve into leadership positions based on performance.
This role will see you marketing & selling primarily to prospective clients, primarily legal, consulting, and corporate teams globally, and will work closely with the founder to refine positioning, and land lighthouse clients. You’ll also attend and organize industry networking and community events to facilitate client outreach.
What You’ll Own
Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to demos, closing deals and nurturing accounts
Lead generation and pipeline building for key verticals: law firms, legaltech platforms, financial institutions, medical institutions, and MNCs
Collaborate with founder to refine and scale outreach, outbound playbooks
Closing Deals: Run product demos and tailor pitches to key enterprise client pain points
Oversee pipeline and activity metrics in Pipedrive
Nurturing Accounts: Grow user base of managed accounts
Identify trends in objections, pricing, and positioning; propose adjustments to go-to-market strategy including tailoring specific material for industry verticals
Explore and develop early partnership opportunities with platforms, agencies, or resellers that align with Blu Translate’s growth strategy
Share weekly metrics and insights, with a focus on repeatable sales motion
About You
2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and partnerships, preferably in legal, finance, document-related or translation/localization industry
Proven ability to close mid-ticket deals (up to $50K ARR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity
Bonus: familiarity with professional services, platform integrations or cross-border workflows
