Full-Time Retail Assistant (Basic Commission)

Stefani Parfumerie is looking for Full-Time Sales Associate who is passionate about Home Fragrances & Customer Service! You will play a key role in exceptional shopping experiences and sharing your passion for fragrances with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service.
• Product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Weekly stock replenishment/stock take to maintain vibrant display.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in store/counters.

Requirements

• Team Player
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Drive to achieve individual sales target on monthly basis, in a team environment
• Prior experience in Retail Industry will be an added advantage
• 5 days work week (Including Weekends & PH)
