Gold Store Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals.

• Drive sales through personalized service experiences and strategic customer relationship management.

• Manage gold store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.

• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and ensure top-notch after-sales service.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the gold and jewelry retail sector.

• Strong leadership skills, with coaching and people management abilities.

• A proven track record in sales, customer development, and KPI achievement.

• Passionate about gold or jewelry and possess in-depth product knowledge.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
