Job Description - Head of Corporate Management

Oversee and manage the overall operations and administration of the local corporate entity to ensure efficient and compliant business activities.
Develop and implement corporate strategies, policies, and operational procedures aligned with company objectives and regional business plans.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional departments including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Administration, Logistics, and Operations to achieve organizational goals.
Manage annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal company policies.
Identify business risks and implement appropriate risk management and internal control measures to safeguard company assets and operations.
Prepare and present business reports, management reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior management and headquarters.
