Job Description

We are looking for a driven Indoor Sales Consultant to join our Commercial and Industrial team, focusing on B2B sales within the SME and mid-sized business segment. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in telemarketing, enjoy engaging clients over the phone, and are motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Conduct cold calling to small and medium-sized enterprises
• Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
• Identify and engage key decision makers within organizations

Consultative Selling

• Understand clients’ business needs and energy consumption requirements
• Introduce suitable electricity plans and cost-saving solutions
• Prepare proposals and follow up effectively with potential clients

Sales Conversion

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into successful deals
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telemarketing, telco, banking, insurance, or SME sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse client base

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 2500 to 4000, commensurate with experience
• Attractive commission structure
• Monday to Friday office hours
