Indoor Sales Executive

Job Info:

• Working hours: Mon – Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm
• Working Location: Tuas
• Salary: $2,700 - $3,000 + Commission

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling customer request.
• Work with the team to organize delivery schedules.
• Manage invoices, deliver orders etc.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Follow up with current and new customers for sales closure.
• Visit customers regularly to make sure their orders and needs are satisfied, both locally and internationally.
• Work with the team to resolve customer issue, feedback, complains.
• Execute the sales and marketing plan approved by management.
• Give sales presentations and attend meetings both on-site and off-site.
