Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Interior Design Lead to take full ownership of projects from the initial client conversation through to final installation. In this role, you will deliver bespoke residential and commercial renovations, balancing creative vision with operational precision to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Needs Analysis
  Connect with new clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, and design aspirations.

• End-to-End Project Leadership
  Own the full design lifecycle—from concept development and space planning to producing detailed drawings, presentations, and material specifications.

• Project Coordination & Execution
  Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from design development through to installation, always maintaining a seamless client experience.

• Accurate Cost Estimation
  Prepare precise project cost projections during the initial consultation to align client expectations with realistic budgets.

• On-Site Quality Assurance
  Conduct regular site visits to track progress, uphold design integrity, and ensure workmanship meets established quality standards.

• Timely Delivery & Handover
  Manage project schedules, stakeholder coordination, and final handover to deliver renovations on time and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

• Clear Communication
  Articulate design concepts persuasively through engaging presentations and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Adaptability & Detail Orientation
  Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of personal accountability.
