Japanese Speaking Regional Sales Manager (Marine & Ship Parts)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Japan region.
• Lead, coach, and motivate local sales teams and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage sales operations, including pipelines, CRM updates, forecasting, and process compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and internal teams to support customer needs and execute campaigns.
• Develop deep product knowledge and articulate value propositions effectively.
• Drive new business development and close enterprise-level deals in Japan.
• Manage and enable channel partners to drive sell-through performance.
• Leverage technical understanding of the marine service industry to support customer discussions and solution positioning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally within the Japan market.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English for communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within Japan when required.
• Experience in driving new business development and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Experience managing or enabling channel partners is an added advantage.
• Technical knowledge in the marine service industry is an added advantage.
