The Role

You'll guide clients through selecting or commissioning the perfect jewellery pieces for their special occasions. This position combines product knowledge with relationship-building skills to create memorable client experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable jewellery for milestone occasions using expert knowledge of gems and design
• Ask insightful questions to help clients discover what they didn't know they needed
• Be an attentive listener to create win-win solutions for both clients and Carrie K.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals
• Build and maintain a client portfolio to proactively achieve sales targets
• Manage client design orders and follow ups with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is well-presented
• Create appealing visual displays that elevate the brand experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Quick to learn new software applications
