Junior Retail Sales

RRRTS is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Retail Sales professional to join our team.

Position: Senior Retail Sales

Salary Range: SGD 2305.00- 3000.00

Working Hours: Rotating shifts

Eligibility: Singaporean / PR only

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Handle daily retail sales and customer service in-store;

2.⁠ ⁠Proactively introduce RRRTS products and customization services to customers;

3.⁠ ⁠Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to increase conversion;

4.⁠ ⁠Maintain a professional store image and product display;

5.⁠ ⁠Work towards achieving store sales targets;

6.⁠ ⁠Assist with cashiering, order follow-up, and customer enquiries;

7.⁠ ⁠Support the team in improving overall store operations and sales performance.

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Singaporean or PR only;

2.⁠ ⁠Must be passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers;

3.⁠ ⁠Strong retail sales experience with proven selling skills;

4.⁠ ⁠Experience in store management, premium retail, gifting, lifestyle brands, department stores, or boutique sales will be an advantage;

5.⁠ ⁠Good customer service mindset and strong sense of responsibility;

6.⁠ ⁠Able to identify customer needs and provide effective product recommendations;

7.⁠ ⁠Well-presented, clear in communication, and positive in attitude;

8.⁠ ⁠Able to work on rotating shifts;

9.⁠ ⁠A team player who is comfortable working towards sales targets.
