RightKey Partners is partnering with an established international shipbroking house to appoint a Junior Sale & Purchase Shipbroker based in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious broker with 1 to 2 years of Sale & Purchase shipbroking experience who is looking to accelerate their career within a respected global brokerage. Working alongside experienced brokers, you will gain exposure to live transactions, develop market intelligence, expand your commercial network and progressively build your own client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers in executing Sale & Purchase transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, buyers, sellers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor vessel values, market movements and transaction activity.
• Assist in preparing market reports, valuations and client presentations.
• Source potential sale and purchase opportunities and contribute to business development activities.
• Coordinate documentation and liaise with legal, finance and technical stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sale & Purchase shipbroking.
• Passion for the maritime industry and a genuine interest in building a long-term broking career.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to engage clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn from experienced brokers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
