• Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9.30am – 7pm, Sat: 9.30am – 2pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + VB / Performance Incentive
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Junior Sales Operations Executive
• Process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and customer documents accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain CRM records, customer documentation, and internal sales operations data.
• Support dealer accounts, showroom enquiries, project requests, and customer follow-ups.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product advice, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Assist customers with product selection, quotations, and showroom sales conversion activities.
• Support daily sales operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Senior Sales Operations Executive
• Manage key dealer accounts, customer relationships, and operational follow-ups.
• Resolve sales and operational issues while improving internal workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Guide and support junior team members in order processing, customer handling, and daily sales operations.
• Support management in preparing reports, monitoring sales operations performance, and improving service standards.
• Assist management in scaling operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

• Relevant experience in sales coordination, sales operations, customer service, showroom sales, or order processing.
• Experience handling quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoicing, and customer follow-ups will be an advantage.
• Senior candidates should have experience supporting team coordination, process improvement, or key account handling.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and support a fast-paced sales operations environment.
