Key Account Executive - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and account reports.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms with customers.
• Track sales activities and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, orders, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
