Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven KA Manager to lead our physician partnership and network expansion efforts. In this role, you will be part of the Business Development Team to secure top talents in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development (Individual KPIs):
Achieve personal KPIs by directly identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), veteran TCM practitioners, and influential medical experts.
Spearhead high-level negotiations and develop customized partnership models to attract elite talent to the Company.
Act as the senior ambassador for the Company, articulating our premier value proposition—including clinic infrastructure, patient flow, professional development, and administrative support—to high-value prospects.
TCM Sector Strategy & Market Intelligence:
Leverage a crucial, in-depth understanding of the TCM industry to anticipate market trends, practitioner needs, and competitor recruitment strategies.
Translate industry intelligence into actionable, macro-level strategies for the business. Advise the C-suite on market positioning and the evolving dynamics between TCM and integrative Western medicine.
Utilize existing networks within the TCM and conventional healthcare communities to establish the Company as the employer/partner of choice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate at an executive level with Clinic Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing directors to align recruitment and partnership strategies with overall business scaling and clinic growth objectives.
Ensure the smooth transition and integration of newly partnered KOLs and physicians.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Life Sciences. An MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in business development, physician recruitment, healthcare partnerships or pharmaceutical sales with at least 3–5 years of experience in a key accounts/business development/sales team.
Leadership & KPIs: Proven track record of hitting individual strategic targets while simultaneously driving a team to achieve aggregated KPIs.
An established network of TCM practitioners and healthcare KOLs is highly advantageous and strongly preferred.
