Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalised footwear recommendations.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Assist the Store Manager with sales reporting and operational tasks.
