Management Trainee (Retail)

Job Summary:

The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of pawnshop operations. This role is designed to prepare candidates for future managerial positions within the company. Trainees will learn about customer service, inventory management, financial transactions, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of the pawnshop.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with transactions and inquiries.
• Learn and apply company policies and procedures.
• Help manage inventory, including receiving, pricing, and displaying items.
• Conduct appraisals of items brought in for pawning.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in retail or financial services is a plus.
