Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Management

• Take full ownership of the overall business operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Monitor business performance and implement improvements.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
• Plan and implement promotions and business initiatives.
• Build long-term business growth and expansion plans.

Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train and develop the team.
• Plan manpower requirements and staff deployment.
• Lead, motivate and build a strong team culture.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain high staff performance.

Operations & Inventory Management

• Manage inventory, stock control and replenishment.
• Optimize operating costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising and overall store standards.
• Oversee suppliers and daily operational requirements.

Financial & Profitability Management

• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Control budgets and operating expenses.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve margins.
• Take ownership of business results and achieve growth targets.

Strategic Planning

• Provide industry expertise and market insights.
• Identify new opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with management to develop long-term business strategies.
• Build and scale the business for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Proven experience in managing, owning, or operating a business, with a strong understanding of business operations, commercial management, and profitability.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth, business development, and achieving business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of operating the business independently.
• Passionate about managing, and growing a business over the long term.
