Manager, Spare Parts Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager, Spare Parts Sales to lead commercial growth, optimize inventory performance, and strengthen customer retention. In this leadership role, you will oversee spare parts business strategy, integrate aftersales service initiatives, and manage global parts fulfillment across industrial distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Sales Growth: Formulate and execute robust commercial business plans to maximize revenue streams, expand market footprint, and boost overall parts margin profitability.

• Marketing & Client Engagement: Design and deploy targeted promotional and marketing campaigns to build long-term client retention while actively acquiring new B2B accounts.

• Aftersales & Service Integration: Establish systematic tracking systems for new equipment service timelines, enabling proactive sales outreach for replacement parts and refurbishment services.

• Inventory Optimization & Fulfillment: Oversee global inventory distribution and stock levels to guarantee maximum product availability, reduce lead times, and fulfill customer commitments on schedule.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

8 to 10 years of proven leadership experience in spare parts sales and inventory management.

Direct industry background in automotive, heavy machinery/equipment, or industrial parts distribution networks (dealership or distributor experience is mandatory).

Core Competencies:

Demonstrated expertise in parts forecasting, global supply chain tracking, and aftersales business growth.

Strong strategic planning, marketing execution, and client engagement capabilities.

Excellent leadership, commercial negotiation, and analytical skills.
