Marine Commercial Manager (Subsea robotics)

We are pleased to be supporting a pioneering maritime technology company in the search for a Marine Commercial Manager for cutting-edge autonomous subsea robotics solutions that help shipowners and managers improve vessel efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, protect hull coatings, and support decarbonisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers across the maritime sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through to contract negotiation and closing.
• Promote innovative maritime technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical directors, fleet managers, and key decision-makers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

About You

• Eligible to work in Singapore
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the maritime or offshore industry.
• Background in marine engineering, coatings inspection, classification societies, or related technical disciplines is advantageous.
• Established network within the shipowner, ship management, or wider maritime community.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
