Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across assigned channels, including private clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and retail channels
Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets through strategic territory planning
Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, while growing and retaining existing accounts
Develop and execute sales plans to maximise long-term revenue potential
Channel & Distributor Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors and channel partners to expand market reach
Manage and develop channel sales performance, including setting targets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Build strong relationships with distributors to drive product adoption, training, and consistent sales growth
Key Account & KOL Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
Strategise and implement engagement plans to strengthen brand credibility and advocacy
CME & Client Engagement Activities
Plan, organise, and deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) talks, workshops, and scientific presentations
Lead and support client engagement events, including seminars, roadshows, and product launches
Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful educational and promotional content
After-Sales & Customer Success
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct ongoing market research on competitor products, pricing, and positioning
Provide insights and recommendations to refine commercial strategies and product positioning
Job Requirements:
Tertiary Educated
Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant role in the medical sales industry
Experience in KOL management
Excellent communication skills and strong professional mindset in terms of managing relations and complains
Good sales and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision
Proficient with standard software for sales presentation and development of any sales materials as necessary
