Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients by explaining wellness programs to help improve their health and wellbeing
• Build rapport with customers daily to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate yoga or Pilates classes
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting studio memberships and class packages
• Maintain knowledge of all studio offerings including reformer Pilates, hot yoga, and therapeutic yoga to provide accurate information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients
• Track sales activities and client interactions to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates
