We are seeking a dedicated Administrative and Sales Coordinator to join our passionate team.This multifaceted role is integral to the smooth operation of our studio, providing administrative support, exceptional customer interaction, and assisting in sales and marketing coordination.

Responsibilities:

● Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

● Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.

● Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.

● Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions,concerns, and inquiries professionally and with a smile.

● Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media, and helping to organize events.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent a degree in a related field is a plus.

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

● A friendly, welcoming demeanor and a passion for helping students and parents.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn relevant software.

● An appreciation for music and the arts is a bonus.
