Job Description - Operations Assistant

Must Need to work on weekends and Public holidays
Must have proficiency to speak English, Tamil,Hindi and Malay
Usage of band-saw machine to cut frozen meat.
Cleaning and maintenance of working tools / equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Follow the instructions of the supervisor to participate in daily production operations.
Assist in production line by preparing raw materials into ready ingredients.
Assist in sorting and packaging of processed food.
Generate product labelling ensuring accuracy.
Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
Follow standard working methods, quality procedure, process and safety guidelines.
Perform other ad hoc duties instructed by immediate superior.
Ensure that the correct quantity and meal types are sent to the food Bank on time and that meals are stored accurately
Collect, check and hand over meals and catering items within facility
Assist the sales team with prospecting, research, email campaigns, and more
Be ready to work with customers to meet their needs and provide a seamless experience
Work with the sales team to help prepare needed material for new sales strategies
Cultivate and nurture a working understanding of each unique sales approach and execution
