Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional refraction tests and dispense eyewear accurately

• Recommend suitable lenses, lens coatings, and frames based on customers' visual needs and lifestyle

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional vision care advice

• Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, work orders, and payment details

• Support daily retail store operations and ensure a pleasant shopping experience

• Assist in achieving store sales and service targets

Requirements

• Possess a valid OOB License in Singapore (Mandatory)

• Minimum NITEC in Opticianry or a related discipline

• PV Opticians are welcome to apply

• Passionate about customer service and eye care

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
