Outdoor Sales Consultant (Field Sales) #EC

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales Consultant to join our Commercial and Industrial team, focusing on B2B sales within the SME and mid-sized business segment. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, prospecting in the field, and closing deals on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Field Prospecting

• Visit SME areas, offices, and retail businesses to generate new leads
• Engage walk-in prospects and build new business opportunities

Daily Work Activities

• Conduct client visits and on-site presentations
• Perform follow-ups through calls, emails, and proposal discussions

Consultative Selling

• Understand client business needs through face-to-face engagement
• Present tailored electricity plans and cost-saving solutions

Sales Closing

• Negotiate and close deals either on-site or through follow-up discussions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales, telco, banking, insurance, or SME sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-driven, resilient, and sales-oriented
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse client base

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 2500 to 4000, commensurate with experience
• Transport allowance provided
• Attractive commission structure
• Monday to Friday office hours
