Outdoor Sales Executive (B2B / Project Sales)

Enoch Surfaces is a Singapore-based B2B flooring company specializing in SPC flooring and interior surface materials. Backed by a manufacturing group since 2013, it operates across Asia with growing presence in Thailand and Malaysia, expanding its dedicated local sales team in Singapore.

Job Summary

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with B2B clients in the construction and interior design industry. You will actively engage contractors, interior designers, and renovation companies through field visits, relationship building, and professional product presentations to generate and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within construction, renovation, and interior design sectors to expand market presence
• Conduct client visits to contractors, interior designers, and main contractors to understand project requirements and promote product solutions
• Build and sustain strong long-term client relationships by delivering consistent value and support
• Present tailored product solutions and provide recommendations aligned with client project needs
• Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up on sales opportunities to advance the sales pipeline
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively to close deals and maximize revenue
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through strategic sales execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
• Collaborate closely with internal operations, logistics, and marketing teams to support seamless project execution and content creation

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
• Legal right to work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in flooring, building materials, renovation, construction, interior design, or related industries
• Strong communication skills demonstrated by effectively conveying product benefits and negotiating with clients
• Proven negotiation skills applied to closing deals and managing contract terms
• Relationship-building skills shown by maintaining long-term client partnerships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable conducting outdoor sales and client visits

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500
• Transport / Vehicle Allowance provided
• Sales Commission (1% of sales value), 0.5% during probation
• High performers have earned additional monthly commissions of S$1,000 – S$3,000+
