Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outdoor sales activities
Conduct regular client visits to understand customer requirements and promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
Promote the company's ocean freight, air freight, import, export, customs clearance, warehousing, and other logistics solutions
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities promptly
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and own transport is an advantage
