Outside Sales
Position : Junior Executive
Salary : SGD4,000 ~ SGD6,500
Transportation allowance: SGD60 per month
(Salary will be reviewed according to expansion of responsibilities, based on performance.)

Working Hour : 08:30 - 17:30

Office-based position (No Work From Home)

[Position Overview]

You will start with approximately 3 months of Inside Sales training to develop product knowledge, understand our business operations, and learn how to support customers effectively.

After that, you will gradually transition to Outside Sales, beginning with customer visits alongside senior sales members before managing your own accounts.

Responsibilities:  

Inside Sales & Outside Sales

-Prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and promptly

-Develop product knowledge and propose suitable solutions based on customer requirements

-Communicate regularly with our Japan office (Sales, Shipping, and Technical teams)

-Contribute to process improvements and sales activity enhancements

Outside Sales

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits

-Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products and services

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues

-Research market opportunities and develop new business proposals

-Board vessels when required to assess situations and recommend solutions

Requirements :  

- At least 3 years of working experience as Outside sales. 

- At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). 

- Proficiency in English for liaising with client and internal. 

- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
