Partnerships & Outreach Executive

Annabelle Psychology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships & Outreach Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as part of a larger specialised team in developing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, schools, and users of psychological and allied health services.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Singapore mental health industry and the growth of one of Singapore's largest psychology practice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve population health & clinic goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales and business performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of mental health services or psychology (preferred but not required).
