What You’ll Be Doing

As a Parts Sales Consultant, you’ll drive sales ofautomotive parts and accessories through retail and e-commerce channels whiledelivering exceptional customer service and supporting digital marketinginitiatives.

• Drivesales of automotive parts, accessories and lifestyle merchandise through retailand e-commerce platforms.
• Manageonline product listings, website updates and digital marketing campaigns.
• Workclosely with Marketing team to coordinate online campaigns and promotionalactivities for e-commerce platform.
• Monitorsales performance, customer trends and inventory levels to support businessgrowth.
• Deliverexcellent customer service by handling enquiries, preparing quotations, andfulfilling parts orders.
• Assistcustomers with enquiries, quotations, orders and product recommendations.
• Processand follow up on customer orders and backorders to ensure excellent service.
• Supportroadshows, motor shows and promotional events.
• Maintainattractive and up to date merchandise displays.
• Supportstock take activities.
• Maintaina clean, organized and professional work environment.

Who We’re Looking For 

• 5.25 work week (Alternate Saturday)
• GCE 'A' Level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in theretail and/or automotive industry
• Experience in related automotiveoperations is preferred
• Familiarity with e-commerce,website management and digital marketing support will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication andcustomer service skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented andable to work independently as well as in a team
