Location: Raffles City / Jewel

Working Hours: Regular retail shifts + weekends

Salary: Up to $3200 + Commissions

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained according to brand standards.
• Handle cashiering, opening and closing of the store.
• Train and guide retail associates where required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must have retail supervisor experience
