Program Consultant (Sales & BD)

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Program Consultant (Sales & BD)to help us build up our business activities.

Program Consultant (Sales & BD) responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, face-to-face meetings, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Manage key logistics and supply chain companies to ensure that they know and are up-to-date with key changes that happens in workforce transformations through the Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
• Be knowledgeable about the CCP, and conversant with all the rules, so as to offer sound advice
• Be their outsourced “HR consultant” for the logistics and supply chain industry
• Constantly build on their outreach pipeline through outreach, events, cold/warm calls, networking, etc
• Ensure participation in SCALA events and certification programs
• Meet or exceed CCP placement KPIs set by management
• Be resourceful to get in touch with HRs and business owners in the industry, inviting them to the Corporate Network and other events
• Ensure that the sales activity pipeline is actively managed and reported on

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Program Consultant (Sales & BD) or relevant role
• Must have good track record in sales and business development
• Is target focused
• Driven team player
• Acts with initiative
