Project Manager, APAC (Marketing)

We are partnering with a leading multinational consumer goods organisation to appoint a Project Manager to drive strategic business initiatives across the APAC region.

This role will lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring successful delivery of new product launches, product lifecycle initiatives, and business improvement projects. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects across product launches, product changes, and strategic business initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and governance frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, Finance, and other business functions to drive project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Champion project management best practices, governance frameworks, and Stage Gate processes across the organisation.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and develop mitigation plans to minimise business impact.
• Conduct post-project reviews, capture key learnings, and recommend process improvements to enhance future project delivery.
• Support the continuous enhancement of project management tools, methodologies, and cross-functional ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional projects involving product launches, product lifecycle management, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Stage Gate methodologies, project governance, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent project planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience engaging stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
