Real Estate Sales Executive [Japan Real Estate]

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client visits to develop new and re-engage dormant business opportunities (90% hunting, 10% farming).
• Present and promote Japan real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Translate property information received from the Japan team for client use.
• Prepare Comparable Sales (Comps) and supporting documentation.
• Develop client proposals and presentations.
• Create market study materials on the Japan real estate sector periodically.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Valid real estate license.
• Strong willingness to learn and build expertise in the Japan real estate market.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude with a strong learning mindset.
• Understanding of corporate culture in Japan is an added advantage; prior experience working in Japanese companies is beneficial.
