The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a well-known French MNC, supporting the Travel Retail Industry
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Central Area
• Basic Salary: Up to $5,500 (Depending on Experience)
• Duration: 1 Year Contract – Renewable subjected to performance and business directions
• Travelling required (approx. once a month)

Job Description

• Build and promote the brand’s make-up artistry, ensuring cohesive online and offline presence.
• Enhance sales through make-up expertise, training retail teams, and influencers.
• Align retail education and communication with the country’s make-up strategy.
• Develop CRM at POS and online to boost customer loyalty.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like customer satisfaction.
• Organize make-up events and demonstrations, both in-person and online.
• Create and update training materials to support sales.
• Train and coach Make-up Specialists and BAs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Foster a passionate make-up learning community.

Requirement

• Strong knowledge and passion for makeup products, techniques, and trends.
• Ability to host / co-host a training.
• Ability to host / co-host consumer facing retail activations, as well as PR events.
• Proven good track-record as a makeup artist in the beauty industry.
