Regional Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist current distributors by participating in joint customer site visits, conducting technical assessments, and offering recommendations regarding water treatment solutions.
• Support and encourage distributors in their pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the existing product portfolio.
• Evaluate proposals submitted by distributors and occasionally aid in their preparation.
• Generate RO projection reports using proprietary software.
• Regularly gather information from distributors to aid Marketing in developing case studies and other materials.
• Identify, assess, choose, train, and provide ongoing support to potential new distributors as needed.
• Compile monthly sales reports and promptly submit site visit summaries.
• Deliver presentations on the company's latest advancements and successful case studies during distributors' meetings held biennially.
• Develop training materials for ongoing education sessions for new recruits within distributor networks.
• Responsible for overseeing sales activities in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam, with annual revenue growth serving as the primary performance indicator. Travel to these countries may be required, but not exceeding 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in water treatment/ speciality chemicals industries
• Strong distributor sales experience in the region
