About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about commercial vehicles and business growth?

Our client is a fast-growing company in the new energy commercial vehicle industry, expanding rapidly across Singapore and the ASEAN region. They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business expansion, develop strategic partnerships, and drive B2B sales growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company's regional growth strategy while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and develop new enterprise and fleet customers across Singapore and the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across ASEAN.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor and strategic partner networks.
• Build strong relationships with corporate customers, logistics companies, fleet operators and government agencies.
• Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage key customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to support regional business growth.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring sustainable long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the automotive, commercial vehicle or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
• Regional business development or ASEAN market exposure will be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with commercial vehicles, automotive OEMs, fleet management, leasing or transportation industries is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
