Relationship Manager (Hunter Role)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager (Hunter-Farmer) to manage and grow a portfolio of leasing clients. This is a revenue-generating role, not an account maintenance position. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Grow existing customer accounts through upselling, fleet expansion, and value-added lease renewals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct prospecting.
• Drive high conversion rates through proactive follow-ups, effective negotiations, and successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing bad debts.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Aftersales teams to ensure prompt vehicle delivery, readiness, and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase customer value and portfolio growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” or “N” level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience; experience in automotive, vehicle leasing, or fleet management is an advantage.
• Proven track record in business development, account growth, and closing sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work well within a team.
• Confident in liaising with individuals across all organizational levels.
• Must hold a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
