Retail Assistant (Premium Bathroom Products)

Join a premium showroom environment and help customers find high-quality bathroom solutions through excellent product knowledge and personalised service.

This role is ideal for candidates with B2C sales experience who enjoy engaging with customers in a consultative showroom setting.

📍 Location: Tiong Bahru
🕒 Working Hours: 6-day work week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 weekday off)
💰 Salary: Basic up to $2,200 + Individual & Group Commission

Key Responsibilities:
➜ Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation
➜ Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable premium bathroom solutions
➜ Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
➜ Explain product features, benefits, and design options clearly
➜ Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations
➜ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
➜ Maintain showroom presentation and product displays

Requirements:
➜ Prior B2C sales experience is required
➜ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
➜ Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional personality
➜ Comfortable working in a showroom retail environment
➜ Sales-driven with strong service mindset
