Job Summary

Join Cash Converters as a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and maintain store presentation in a dynamic secondhand retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers to provide a positive shopping experience
• Promote products actively to maximize sales opportunities and meet daily sales targets
• Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
• Maintain merchandise and product displays to ensure a neat, attractive store presentation
• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep the store clean and uphold the company’s image
• Adapt to retail work hours including weekends and public holidays to support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Audio/Visual Equipment to assist customers effectively
• Familiarity with Computer Equipment to provide informed product advice
• Understanding of Photographic Equipment to support customer inquiries
• Awareness of Jewellery and Fine Watches to enhance sales conversations
• Willingness to undergo training to acquire product knowledge if lacking
