Retail Associate

• Position : Retail Associate
• Location : Orchard
• Working hours : Retail Hours (42 Hours a week)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,450 Basic + Commission + OT + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets set by management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Support stock receiving, unpacking, tagging, barcoding and display replenishment.
• Ensure sufficient inventory and follow stock control procedures.
• Submit sales reports, customer feedback and other updates to management.
• Perform other retail duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, ITE or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
