As we open our new store at Tampines 1, we are looking for friendly, responsible, and sales-driven Retail Associates to join our Singapore team.

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Kapas Living in-store. Your main role is to create a warm and helpful shopping experience, understand what customers need, recommend the right products, and help drive store sales.
Because this is a new store, we are especially looking for people who are excited to join a new team, help shape the store culture, and grow together with the brand.
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Kapas Living products
Explain product details such as fabric type, material benefits, sizing, care instructions, and product features
Drive individual and store sales performance
Support customers with product selection, gifting, bundles, and promotions
Handle cashiering, POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, and basic customer enquiries
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually presentable
Replenish products and maintain attractive product displays
Assist with stock receiving, stock checks, and inventory accuracy
Support store campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
Share customer feedback and sales insights with the store manager
Work closely with the team to achieve store targets
Help build a positive, reliable, and high-standard store culture from day one
Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
Experience in bedding, home living, furniture, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail is a plus
Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
Sales-driven with a positive attitude
Interested in joining a new team and helping to build a new store
Able to learn product knowledge quickly
Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
Willing to take initiative and support teammates when needed
Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic cashiering or POS experience is an advantage
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus but not required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Malay to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Malay-speaking clients.

The ideal candidate should be a good brand ambassador who can make customers feel comfortable, explain products clearly, and help customers choose the right items for their home.
You should enjoy selling, take pride in good service, and be excited by the idea of joining a new team where your attitude, ideas, and effort can make a real difference.
