Retail Associate

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, roast, pack, and display nuts and seed products such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, and other related items.

• Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers, introducing products, assisting with product selection, and processing payments accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kiosk environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure all equipment and workstations are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

• Monitor product quality and stock levels to ensure product availability.

• Assist with stock replenishment, daily stock counts, and accurate recording of sales and inventory.

• Adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards, and workplace policies.

• Ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage (F&B), or supermarket operations will be an advantage.

• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts, where applicable.

• Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
