As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover products they love while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience.

• Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalised product recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and excellent service.

• Upsell products, promotions, and membership programmes where appropriate.

• Recruit and retain new customers while nurturing relationships with existing customers.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers on product features and benefits.

• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately.

• Manage outlet inventory, including stock replenishment, stock counts, receiving deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and store presentation at all times.

• Ensure visual merchandising displays are well maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches.

• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure smooth daily store operations.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
