Job Description - Retail Associate

Available Work Locations:

Valley Point
Katong Point
Serangoon Gardens
Holland Village
Tanglin Mall
Tangjong Pagar

Role of Retail Associate:

Customer service

Greet and welcome customers
Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
Operate the cash register
Pack purchased items with care

Store preparation

Receive, verify and unload deliveries
Stock shelves and ensure regular rotation of products
Adhere to proper food handling procedures
Upkeep the cleanliness of the store

Skills and Abilities:

Proven work experience in retail operation and customer service will be an advantage
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
