MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Ambassador & Customer Service

Being part of our founding team at our flagship store, you are paramount in building our brand image through providing best-in-class customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction :

• Deliver warm, memorable and elevated experiences to customers
• Embrace and host customers, including welcome, being approachable and accessible at all times
• Gracious in all business interactions, including responding to customer complaints/concerns
• Identify customer needs and offer personalised styling tips to help them feel/look their best
• Educate customers about our brand by communicating our brand values and messaging
• Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor

2. Sales & Customer Growth

• Achieve daily and monthly sales target, and strive to maximise the business potential of the store
• Build and maintain relationship with the customer
• Increase customer contact to bring the customer back and increase sales
• Ensure the implementation and development of initiatives which further develop the customer base

3. Store Image Management

• Visual merchandising to support products presentation to the highest standards, in line with our brand communication and promotion strategy
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure store cleanliness, tidiness and efficiency
• Strive to develop and maintain a store environment that projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with our brand philosophy

4. Store Operation Management

• Perform daily retail shop routine (i.e. opening/closing of cashier includes daily settlement, sanitisation and hygiene practice)
• Inventory management: oversee the receiving of new stock, control returns/damages/transfer, keep up inventory record in the POS system to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure adequate integration and optimization between front and back-office, by guaranteeing appropriate store resources coverage, and supervising logistics
• Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

5. Communication & Reporting

• Daily reporting to Management on key metrics, include but not limited to sales, traffic, buying trends, customer feedback/requirements
• Regular reporting to Management on turnover
• Building and maintaining good communication with co-workers and management
• Consistent and timely communication, adhering to deadlines where applicable
• Other administrative tasks, duties and obligations as may be designated by the Company and which are reasonably consistent with the job title and career progression.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in retail operation and driving turnover; a plus if it’s in luxury or service sales environment, or any prior retail supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Computer literacy; knowledge of logistic software or at least adaptable quickly to new systems/processes
• Basic sewing skills
• Strong customer relationship management and development as well as networking skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is also preferred
• Excellence time management skills, an eye for attention to details
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and selected Public Holidays
• Able to start; for full time on 1st August 2020 and for part time in late July
• Singaporean/PRs only
