Job Summary

Foyeurs Retail Pte Ltd seeks positive, service-oriented Sales Advisors to engage customers, drive sales, and deliver excellent retail service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide a positive shopping experience and promote sales of collectibles, gadgets, and accessories
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers to support informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth checkout operations
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays to enhance customer engagement and store appeal
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service consistently
• Adapt to work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualifications
• Bilingual communication skills to engage diverse customers effectively
• Prior retail experience to contribute to sales performance and customer service
