Retail Consultant

Responsibilities

• Learn and acquire skills from the training on Geomancy and Fengshui service.
• Attend and promote the company’s services to walk in customers
• Work closely with the outlet Masters for each customers’ consultation and follow up closely on customer needs through excellent sales service
• Create and maintain a long term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals and recurring business
• To participate in company’s corporate events or seminars
• Perform some administrative duties

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Sales driven, good customer service, positive attitude and cheerful personality
• Able to work retail hours and on Public Holidays
• Basic salary + Attendance Allowance + Commission + Incentives Bonus
• Must bilingual in English and Mandarin. (in order to create and maintain a long term relationship with the English and Mandarin speaking customers in order to achieve sales goals and recurring business.)
