Retail/Sales Duties

• Present appropriate options according to customers’ needs
• Maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customer.
• Handle all client enquiries pre and post-purchase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Maintain high level of product knowledge. Attend training to update knowledge when necessary.
• Provide superior customer service standards.

Aquarist Duties

• Management of all livestocks:
• Feeding,
• Water change and tank cleaning,
• Application of medication when necessary etc.
• Present appropriate options and prices in accordance with customers' needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customer.
• Handle all customer enquiries pre and post-purchase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide superior customer service standards.

Clerical Duties

• Handle administrative tasks such as:
• Filing of paperwork,
• Data-updating,
• Member database update etc.
• Handle inventory management via:
• Product reorder,
• Barcode printing and application,
• Replenishing stocks on shelves,
• Making sure shelves are clean and neat etc.

Professional Duties

• Maintain high degree of professionalism when interacting with other members within the company,
• Ensure confidentiality in all job facets,
• Self-motivated to independently refine and improve on what you’ve learnt with us.
